Athletic Development and Coaching, MS
The Master of Science in Athletic Development and Coaching will assist students in achieving proficiency in contemporary and innovative coaching practices, training techniques, and coaching philosophies. Students will analyze and incorporate an athlete-centered philosophy, methodologies, research, and technology to assist in aligning with the National Standards for Sport Coaching.
Admission Requirements
In addition to the graduate application and official transcripts applicants must submit a statement of purpose and three letters of recommendation. Applications to the Master of Science in Athletic Development and Coaching must be completed and submitted at least six weeks (domestic) or six months (international) before the beginning of the term for which admission is sought in order to allow for adequate processing time.
