Health Care Leadership and Management Step-Up, BS

Bachelor of Science in Health Care Leadership and Management Step-Up (275005BS)

Through the Health Care Leadership and Management Program, students will receive leadership and management training that bridges the gap between clinical practice and health system management. The program also leverages the training the student has gain through their associate degree and previous clinical practice, to focus uniquely on those skills required for clinicians to transition into a leadership or managerial role. The student will also gain a unique understanding of the institutional and regulatory factors that are necessary to manage and lead in complex health care organizations.

Health care leaders will process, analyze and report information vital to the delivery of health care.

Through this program the student will gain the knowledge of the health care institution that is separate from business.
